Digital products

Due to the digital nature of Phinerds products, purchases are generally non-refundable once the file has been delivered or downloaded.

Exceptions

A refund or replacement may be considered if the file was not delivered, if the file is corrupted, if the wrong file was sent, or in case of duplicate payment.
